Huige Zhang



Huige Zhang received a B.S. degree from Lanzhou University in 2003. She then joined Prof. Xingguo Chen’s group at College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lanzhou University as a graduate student and performed research in the field of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE). She got her Ph.D. degree in the year of 2008. She thereafter went to Jinchuan group Co. Ltd to work as an engineer. She transferred to Lanzhou University in 2010 as a lecturer and worked on the detection of low abundance proteins which had profound implications in some critical diseases such as cancer. The main topics were focused on the technique of isothermal nucleic acid amplification. Her current research interests include CE and isothermal nucleic acid amplification.
