Introduction

Bowen Liu joined Prof. Zhijun Sun’s group at the department of physics, Xiamen university in 2009 as a graduate student and performed research in the field of plasmonics and nanofabrication (nanoimprint lithography). She then transferred to department of chemistry, Xiamen University in 2011 under the guidance of Prof. Bin Ren. The main topics were focused on surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), bio/chem sensing and nanofabrication (holographic lithography). She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Dec., 2015. After 2 years postdoctoral research in Prof. Zhongqun Tian’s group, she became a researcher of chemistry at Lanzhou University in Mar. 2018.

Her current research interests are: light-matter interaction on the nanoscale, surface-enhanced spectroscopy (SES), plasmonic bio/chemical sensing.
