Wenwu Qin

Ph.D., Professor


Wenwu Qin received his MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry in 2000 and received his PhD degree in Inorganic chemistry in 2003 from School of Chemistry and chemical engineering, Lanzhou University. After that, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at K.U.Leuven from 2003 to 2006. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as a  Postdoctoral Fellow at Van 't Hoff Institute for Molecular Sciences ,University of Amsterdam. 2008 and became professor of chemistry at Lanzhou University He is currently a professor of Inorganic chemistry in the School of Chemistry and chemical engineering, Lanzhou University.  His research is focused on the use of functionalized inorganic fluorescent nanoparticles, fluorescent probes, photochemical and photophysical.
