Youzhi Wang, an alumnus  of Lanzhou University and chairman of Chengdu Guibao Science & Technology Co., Ltd was nominated in the national "ten thousand people plan"

On February 3, 2019, the office of the central talent coordination group released a notice, announcing the national " Ten Thousand Talent Program " leading candidates. Youzhi Wang, Lanzhou university alumnus and Chairman of Chengdu Silicon Bao Technology Co., Ltd, was  named in the category of "leading talent of scientific and technological entrepreneurship".

Youzhi Wang has been engaged in the research and development and industrialization of silicone rubber for more than 30 years. He is a well-known expert in the silicone industry in China and has developed a series of high-performance silicone rubber products, which are widely used in automobiles, new energy, construction, rail transit, electronic appliances and other fields. Such products play a vital role in the technological advancement in China's organic silicon materials industry by reducing the dependence of high-end products on foreign imports .

The “Ten Thousand Talents Program” was launched in 2012 to support 10 thousand Chinese talents for the next 10 years in seven categories  spanning through natural sciences, engineering, philosophy, social sciences and higher education.
