Baohua Chen

Ph.D., Professor


Baohua Chen was born in Liaocheng, Shandong province, China. He received his bachelor's degree at Lanzhou University in 1984. Then he obtained his mater degree and PhD degree with Prof. Yongxiang Ma at Lanzhou University in 1996 and in 2002. He has been professor at the Lanzhou University since 2004. He is  a Director of Gansu Nutrition Society, a executive editor of National Medical Journal of China, a Cosmetic expert of State Food and Drug Administration, an Assessor of State Enterprise Production License and a Visiting Professor of  Gansu Normal University for Nationalitles. His research interests are the organic chemistry, applied chemistry and food nutrition and hygiene.
