On the afternoon of March 7, 2024, the disciplinary inspection work group held a work meeting in Room 201 of the New Chemistry Building. Wang Jinshan, Director of the Second Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the school's discipline inspection and supervision institution, members of the college leadership team, and members of the college's disciplinary inspection group attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Du Shengyi, the Secretary of the college's Party Committee.

Jia Jing, a member of the college's disciplinary inspection committee and the leader of the disciplinary inspection work group, conveyed the "Notice on Adjusting the Disciplinary Inspection Work Group of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering" and led everyone to review the key contents of the "Work Responsibilities of the Disciplinary Inspection Work Group of the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering."

Wang Jinshan delivered a specialized training report titled "Highlighting Prevention, Strengthening Supervision, and Continuously Enhancing Awareness of Compliance and Discipline." He briefly introduced the organizational structure and responsibilities of the school's disciplinary inspection and supervision work, focusing on explaining important related party discipline laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" and the "Law on Disciplinary Actions against Public Servants of the People's Republic of China." He also provided examples of common cases of violations of rules and disciplines in universities as warning education.

Finally, he made several key points regarding the college's disciplinary inspection work: firstly, it is necessary to further clarify the work positioning and implement the "two responsibilities"; secondly, it is important to strengthen supervision, especially political supervision and supervision of key areas and key sectors; thirdly, the focus should be shifted to prevention and education; fourthly, disciplinary inspection cadres must strictly discipline themselves and be loyal, clean, and responsible.

In his concluding remarks, Du Shengyi, the Secretary of the college's Party Committee, emphasized that the disciplinary inspection group must always adhere to the main theme of "strictness," clarify its work responsibilities, focus on key tasks, and ensure effective supervision and reminders at critical positions, key areas, and important junctures. He encouraged hands-on supervision and bold work to create an atmosphere conducive to clean, relaxed, and enjoyable work and entrepreneurship.
